Many thoughts ran through the Doctor's head - whether he should have taken a gun, if he'd have even been of use if he had, the fact that they were stun and wondering how long the cats would stay down, and, of course, the safety of the group. While Gabriel took up defence, the Doctor scanned the others, assessing the situation. Even with only stun, the cats would surely get frightened off if their companions kept falling, wouldn't they?

His gaze fell back to Gabriel in time to spot the leaping beast, but not soon enough to do more than attempt to tug the man back, and the Doctor wasn't exactly strong.
